Terms of Agreement

We provide pest control, inspection, monitoring, and treatment services as described in your service agreement or work order.
Services may include:

  • General pest control

  • Rodent control

  • Mosquito mitigation

  • Preventative maintenance programs

  • indoor flea and tick treatment

  • Nest/web removal

You agree to:

  1. Provide safe and unobstructed access to all areas requiring treatment.

  2. Follow all safety instructions provided by the technician.

  3. Prepare the property as instructed prior to service (e.g., cleaning, moving furniture, securing pets).

  4. Notify us of any structural issues, hazards, or special conditions at the property.

  5. Keep children and pets away from treated areas until notified it is safe.

Failure to comply may limit the effectiveness of treatments and may void warranties.

All payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any warranties provided will be documented separately in your service agreement. Warranties do not apply if:

  • Recommended follow-up treatments are not completed

  • The client fails to follow preparation or after-care instructions

  • New conditions arise that attract pests (e.g., food debris, water leaks)

    Safety & Chemicals

    We use chemicals approved by regulatory authorities and apply them safely. However:

    • Individuals with allergies, respiratory issues, or chemical sensitivity should notify us before service.

    • We are not liable for adverse reactions caused by undisclosed sensitivities.

      We will take reasonable care when servicing your property.
      However, we are not responsible for:

      • Pre-existing damage

      • Structural issues

      • Damage caused by pests

      Any claim for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service.

      You may cancel or reschedule by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.

    • Missed appointments (no-shows) may incur a fee.

    • We may cancel or reschedule for safety reasons or circumstances beyond our control.

    Recurring service plans may be canceled at any time with written notice.

  • We collect and store client information only to provide services and maintain records.
    We do not sell client information.
